Territorial Scope

We only accept orders with delivery within the Italian territory.

Product information

The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalog when placing an order. The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its own characteristics but differ in brand, size, color, accessories, etc. Product images are purely indicative.

GEEKIUS Srl does not guarantee the immediate availability of each product displayed given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason we reserve the right, once we receive the order, to check the availability of the good and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent or any waiting time to find it. No liability can be attributed to the company.

Receiving the order

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. This confirmation message will repropose all the data entered by the customer, who agrees to verify the correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, having verified the availability of the good and the accuracy of the customer's data, we will send by e-mail acceptance of the contract.

The contract(or quotation) entered into between us and the customer is concluded only after we send the e-mail of acceptance of the contract. By placing the order on our site the customer declares that he/she has read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment terms and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to art. 3 and 4 dlgs 185/89 the customer will receive by e-mail all the necessary information for the identification of the seller that the customer must keep together with the email of acceptance of the contract.

The delivery deadline is deemed to be met if the shipment departs within the delivery deadline or following notice of readiness of the goods for delivery. In the event that delivery is delayed due to reasons dependent on the Customer, the deadline by which the notice of readiness of the goods for shipment was given shall be deemed to have been met if the notice was given within the agreed delivery deadline.

Wars, civil unrest, pandemics, and any other emergency situation, export or trade restrictions due to a change in the political, sanitary situation, as well as strikes, barricades, delivery restrictions by the authorities or organizations related to the authorities, and similar events that make it impossible for us to fulfill the contract or make it unreasonable, shall be considered force majeure and shall relieve us from the obligation of timely delivery. In such cases, we have the right, at our discretion, to extend the delivery period for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure cause or to withdraw partially or completely from the contract. The resulting damage shall not entitle the Buyer to compensation.

Invoices and purchase

For each order placed we issue Invoice of the shipped material that will be included in the package, and we send it by e-mail to the order holder ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer when ordering will be included in the invoice. No changes will be possible after the issuance of the invoice itself.

Payment methods

You can use different payment methods to make purchases on our site. Non-accepted payment methods, listed below, cannot be used to purchase items sold on our portal.

The following payments are accepted:

  • Bank Transfer
    The invoice value must be paid in advance into our bank account. Upon receipt of the credit, we will ship your order, keeping in mind that bank time for credit can vary from 3 to 5 business days. You will receive our bank details along with your order confirmation email. Please arrange for payment as soon as possible. After a certain period of time without receiving payment, the order will be cancelled (you will still be notified in time by email so that you can complete payment before cancellation).
  • Credit Card

When you place an order, you can select the payment method you prefer during the order process.

The following payment methods CANNOT be accepted to purchase items on our portal:

  • Bank RIDs
  • Checks or money orders
  • International money orders

Shipping

In case you have purchased the INSURED SHIPMENT, in order to obtain a refund or replacement of a product damaged in transit, you must sign the package with RESERVE OF CONTROL, CLEARLY INDICATING THE DETAIL OF DAMAGE ON THE COURIER'S DELIVERY BILL. Then you can write us at assistenza@geekius.eu and we will take care of opening a refund file with the courier and proceed with the shipment of the material.

Please note that if you do not explicitly request an insured shipment, in case of damage during transport, GEEKIUS Srl will not be held responsible excluding compensation for damage to components.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005),The right of withdrawal in e-commerce is the right granted to the consumer to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, within 14 calendar days, without having to provide any justification. The 14 days run: from delivery, for physical products; from the conclusion of the contract, for services. In order to exercise this right, under the conditions provided for by current regulations, the customer must send GEEKIUS Srl a notice to that effect, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

and a notice of the procedure by email to assistenza@geekius.eu The transport costs for the return of the goods are always borne by the buyer. Once we receive the above notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of GEEKIUS Srl will quickly notify the customer instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by GEEKIUS Srl within 14 days of the request. Upon receipt of the goods GEEKIUS Srl will provide the refund due.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex: accessories, attached software, etc...);
  • the right does not apply on custom made goods, or custom assembled pc's;
  • the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all products that by the customer's choice have been collected from the operational headquarters at Via 2 Giugno, 2, 20812 - Limbiate;
  • the right does not apply if the consideration to be paid by the consumer does not exceed the sum of 50€;
  • the right does not apply to sealed audiovisual products or computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened; on goods that are custom-made or clearly customized or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly;

the purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend that you put it in a second box, indicating the words "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL"; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product; by law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, GEEKIUS Srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

GEEKIUS Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, GEEKIUS Srl will deduct from the refund due to a fee as a contribution to the costs of restoration. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages assessed to the original packaging, Geekius Srl will refund the customer the amount already paid, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder) to the email address assistenza@geekius.eu The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where GEEKIUS Srl ascertains:

  • or lack of or damage to the original undamaged outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
  • o the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
  • Or damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, GEEKIUS Srl will return to sender the purchased goods, charging the same shipping costs plus € 15 euros (fifteen) + VAT for the administrative control carried out.
