    1Can you include components that I already have?

    If you already have any compatible components and want to include them, you can point them out and send them to us, and we will assemble them into your CUSTOM PC.

    N.B. PCs already in the Amazon store cannot be modified.

    2What payment method do you accept?
    For CUSTOM PCs we accept bank transfer in advance.
    3Do you send the original component boxes?
    Yes, inside the white shipping box containing the PC you will find the boxes of the components to be reassembled, and the motherboard box with all the gadgets inside.
    4With what operating system and programs will my pc arrive?

    Windows 11 Professional and OFFICE Professional with OEM licenses (i.e., tied to PC components).

    N.B. you cannot create the Microsoft account with OEM licenses: if you want to create the account you have to buy Windows and Office on Microsoft's store.

    5What is the delivery time?
    For CUSTOM PCs 3 to 7 working days.
    6How do I track my order?
    Upon successful payment you will receive an email notification with the tracking of your order.
    7What warranty is the PC I purchased covered by?
    24 months in case of purchase with receipt, 12 months with invoice.
    8Can I send the computer back to you for service?

    You can send the CUSTOM PC back to us for any kind of assistance. Send an email with a request to assistenza@geekius.eu specifying:

    • First and Last Name
    • Tax Code
    • Direct purchase number
    • Cell phone number and times for contact

    The duration of repairs depends on the type of work required: we will contact you with a message in conjunction with the final tests before delivery.

    If the problem is related to a change that has rendered the operating system unusable, all you need to do is format: you can do this yourself by making use of the relevant Microsoft program.
